Belle Vue Aces in the Community
Since its establishment in 1928, Belle Vue Aces Speedway in Gorton has earned global recognition as a prominent "Manchester Sports Brand" and the oldest continuously operating World Speedway club.
Committed to supporting its surrounding communities, Belle Vue Aces recently collaborated with Manchester City Council on a community initiative, offering complimentary tickets to local residents and community groups.
Belle Vue Aces has recently partnered with Hide Out Youth Zone in Gorton to host inspirational workshops and talks featuring members of Team GB. The Speedway aims to extend such community engagement initiatives to neighbouring areas.
Belle Vue Aces in the Community wish to establish opportunities for health awareness and potential career pathways for members of the local community. This includes facilitating gatherings for community organisations to share fellowship and ideas and encouraging young people to explore career pathways in motorsport. Belle Vue Aces also proposes an outreach program led by its elite athletes to promote healthy dietary habits and raise awareness of weight-related challenges among young people.
