The Resonance Centre
The Resonance Centre is a wellbeing centre, yoga
studio and digital inclusion hub based in Clayton
which is dedicated to powerful, positive change.
The Resonance Centre has its own in-house
snackery, The Plant Base, which offers nutritional
guidance, educational workshops and delicious
drinks and snacks that are always supportive of
good physical and mental health.
The Resonance Centre is also a growing Wellness
Collective, home to Step Up MCR and a range
of other local service providers delivering holistic
treatments, support to the recovery community
and domestic abuse survivors.
